Round Rock, TX – The Round Rock Police Department is investigating a tragic three-vehicle crash that claimed the lives of three individuals early Sunday morning, June 29, 2025, on Interstate 35.
The crash occurred around 2:00 a.m. in the 1200 block of northbound I-35, just north of Palm Valley Boulevard. Officers responded to the scene following reports of a major collision involving multiple vehicles. Upon arrival, they confirmed that three people were deceased at the scene.
One person has been arrested for Driving While Intoxicated in connection with the crash. The identities of the victims have not yet been released, pending official notification of next of kin.
As of this morning, both northbound and southbound lanes of I-35 in the area remain closed while officers conduct a thorough investigation. Motorists are advised to expect significant delays and use alternate routes if possible.
