A graduate of the esteemed St. Ignatius High School, Matt embodied the Jesuit values of faith, service, and leadership. He carried those principles with him throughout his life, particularly during his academic pursuits.
After high school, Matt earned his degree in Finance from Spring Hill College, where he developed a keen understanding of the financial world. Never one to stop learning, he continued his education with an MBA from Baldwin–Wallace College, further sharpening his skills and preparing for a meaningful career.
Matt was more than his academic and professional achievements—he was a loyal friend, a caring brother, and a devoted son. Those closest to him speak of his contagious energy, quick wit, and ability to light up any room he entered.
He had a natural ability to make people feel comfortable and seen, a gift that cannot be measured but will be deeply missed. His passing has also shaken the hearts of the extended St. John Bosco (SJB) family, of which Matt and his loved ones have long been a part.
