
Thomas Anthony Habeeb, IV, age 19, of Hoschton, Georgia, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, leaving behind a family and community heartbroken by the loss of a vibrant, kind, and deeply loved young man.
Born in Georgia in 2006, Thomas was the cherished son of Thomas Anthony Habeeb III and a beloved member of a close-knit and faith-filled family. From a young age, Thomas brought joy and laughter wherever he went.
His energy, sense of humor, and unwavering loyalty made him a treasured friend, devoted son, and admired brother. Thomas was known for his strong Catholic faith, which guided many aspects of his life.
He attended St. Catherine Labouré Catholic Church in Jefferson, where he was involved in youth ministry and community outreach. Those who knew him best describe him as thoughtful, respectful, and full of promise—a young man who carried himself with maturity beyond his years.
A 2024 graduate of Jackson County High School, Thomas was well-liked by classmates and teachers alike. He had an easy smile and a quick wit, always ready with a kind word or a helping hand.
He loved being around people and had a remarkable ability to connect with others. Whether it was in the classroom, on the field, or just hanging out with friends, Thomas made people feel seen and valued.
Thomas had recently begun charting his course for the future and was excited about the opportunities that lay ahead. He was interested in pursuing a career that would allow him to serve others—a reflection of his compassionate spirit.
While his time on earth was brief, the impact he made on those around him will be felt for years to come. He is survived by his loving parents, siblings, grandparents, extended family members, and many friends who will miss him dearly. The Habeeb family is grateful for the outpouring of support and prayers during this time of profound sorrow.
Funeral services to celebrate Thomas’s life will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at St. Catherine Labouré Catholic Church, with Father Tim Gallagher officiating. Interment will follow at Memorial Park South Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. at the church prior to the service.

Though his earthly journey was far too short, Thomas Anthony Habeeb, IV will be remembered for the light he brought to the lives of so many. His memory lives on in the hearts of all who loved him.
