The Mobile Police Department has identified the victim of a fatal motorcycle crash that occurred Thursday, August 28, on Halls Mill Road.
Authorities confirmed the deceased as 37-year-old Justin Williams, who tragically lost his life after his motorcycle crossed the westbound lane and struck another vehicle in the 4100 block of Halls Mill Road.
Emergency responders arrived quickly, but despite their efforts, Williams was pronounced dead at the scene. A second individual involved in the crash sustained minor injuries.
The Mobile Police Department closed portions of the roadway for several hours as investigators examined the scene. Drivers were urged to avoid the area until it was reopened.
The crash remains under investigation as officials continue to gather details.
The community now mourns the loss of Justin Williams, whose life was tragically cut short in the accident.
