Investigators have identified the suspected abductor as Tyler Ray Toodle, a 26-year-old white male. He is approximately 6 feet tall, weighs about 175 pounds, has brown hair and blue eyes, and may be traveling with Iris in a black 2018 Honda Civic with North Carolina license plate JMS-6500.
