The Rockton community is mourning the heartbreaking loss of Faith Moore, 72, who tragically lost her life in a rollover crash on Illinois Route 2 on Saturday evening, October 11, 2025. According to the Winnebago County Coroner’s Office, the crash occurred around 7:30 p.m. north of Wagon Wheel Road when the vehicle she was riding in lost control and overturned. Despite the efforts of emergency responders, Faith was pronounced deceased at the scene. An autopsy later revealed that she died from blunt force trauma sustained in the crash.
