The Randolph and University of Massachusetts Dartmouth communities are mourning the tragic loss of Stephan Jean-Baptiste, a bright and ambitious undergraduate student whose life was filled with promise, positivity, and purpose. Known for his infectious energy, warm personality, and determination to succeed, Stephan’s passing has left a deep void in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
Stephan was pursuing his degree at UMass Dartmouth, where he was known as a passionate learner and natural leader. With aspirations to become a marketing manager, he demonstrated drive, creativity, and a collaborative spirit in both his studies and work experiences. He actively sought opportunities to learn and grow, holding multiple roles across C&S Health Care Training & Staffing LLC and other organizations.

He described himself as a “passionate problem solver, inspiring others to reach new heights, and spreading positivity and laughter in the workplace.” Those words perfectly capture the essence of who he was: driven, uplifting, and deeply compassionate.
