With deep sorrow, we share the tragic passing of Wendy Kobyluck, 56, of Orrville, Ohio, who lost her life in a devastating crash early Saturday morning, October 25, 2025, in Penfield Township, Lorain County.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the collision happened around 6:40 a.m. on Foster Road when a Chevrolet Silverado failed to yield at a stop sign and entered the path of Wendy’s Honda HR-V traveling along State Route 18. Despite wearing her seatbelt and the efforts of first responders, Wendy was sadly pronounced deceased at the scene.
Wendy was a loving and compassionate woman whose warmth, laughter, and kindness touched everyone who knew her. She was deeply devoted to her family and friends and was known for her caring nature and gentle spirit. Her unexpected passing has left her loved ones heartbroken and her community mourning the loss of a truly special soul.
