it is with profound sorrow that we share the heartbreaking news of the passing of Thomas Lorenz, a 7th-grade student at SSP (‘27), who lost his courageous battle with leukemia. Thomas was the beloved son of Joe Lorenz and SSP kindergarten teacher CarolAnne Renick Lorenz (‘01), and the cherished brother of John (‘26), Cora (‘29), and Lucy (‘34). He was also the beloved grandson of Diana and Rick Sollmann and Joan and Tim Lorenz and the adored nephew of Katie (‘02), Joey (‘08), Jack (‘12), Christian, Noelle Renick, Mitchell (‘09), and Shannon Sollmann.
