A 30-year-old woman who was eight months pregnant has died along with her unborn child after being struck by a vehicle involved in a two-car collision in Hornsby on Friday night. Police have since arrested one of the drivers as investigations continue.
Emergency services were called shortly after 8 p.m. to reports of a pedestrian hit by a vehicle at the entrance of a car park on George Street, in Sydney’s northwest. When paramedics arrived, they found the woman critically injured.
