The Gwinnett County Police Department is investigating a suspicious death after officers discovered a woman deceased inside her Norcross home Friday afternoon.
Around 12:20 p.m., officers from the West Precinct responded to 1695 Graves Road in reference to a report of a deceased female. Upon entering the residence, officers located 32-year-old Marisol Ballestas Brochero dead inside. Authorities say the cause and manner of her death have not yet been determined.
Detectives and members of the Crime Scene Unit responded to process the residence, gather evidence, and interview individuals connected to the case. The investigation remains active.
At this time, detectives say they are not searching for any suspects and there is no known threat to the community.
