A large police presence surrounded a Walmart in Dallas Tuesday after two people were shot near 9301 Forest Ln. Dallas Police Department and EMS crews arrived at the scene shortly after reports of gunfire, where two victims were found with gunshot wounds.
Both individuals were transported to nearby hospitals. Their conditions have not yet been released.
Authorities have taped off a large portion of the parking lot as detectives collect evidence and interview witnesses. Shoppers reported chaotic moments as officers rushed in and blocked access to the area.
No suspect information has been released at this time, and the motive behind the shooting remains unclear.
