
Angela Jean McMaster, affectionately known as Angie, passed away peacefully on June 26, 2025, at the age of 60, surrounded by her loving family and friends. Born on March 7, 1965, in London, Ontario, Angie spent most of her life in Aylmer, where she became a cherished member of the community.
Angie was the devoted mother of Skyler Cowen (Wyatt), beloved daughter of Evelyn McMaster and the late James “Budd” McMaster, and loving sister to Lori Henderson-Gibbons (Gary). She was a proud aunt to Owen, Luke, and Mya Henderson, and a dear friend to Bruce Bulina, Holly Fisher, and Lisa Sorochan. Angie was predeceased by her brother-in-law, Aaron Henderson.
In her youth, Angie was actively involved in local activities such as swimming at the Aylmer Pool, figure skating, and playing Springfield Fastball. She also contributed to the family business, Do-nut Caterers, after school and on weekends.
Angie pursued higher education at the University of Guelph, earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree, and later obtained a diploma in Radiography from Fanshawe College. She dedicated over 25 years to London Health Sciences Hospital, where she advanced from an X-ray Technician to a CT Technician.
Beyond her professional achievements, Angie was known for her warm spirit and dedication to her community. She was a treasured team member at Pinecroft in Aylmer for over a decade, where her kindness and enthusiasm left a lasting impact on colleagues and visitors alike.
Angie found joy in kayaking with friends in Port Bruce and cherished moments spent with her family and close friends.A celebration of Angie’s life will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the Henderson-Gibbons Residence, 6932 Fairview Road, St.
Thomas, Ontario. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Hospice of Elgin or Helping Paws Rescue, reflecting Angie’s compassionate nature and love for animals.Angie’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her, and her legacy of kindness and dedication will continue to inspire.
