It is with deep sorrow and respect that CSI Security announces the tragic passing of Tactical Reaction Officer Ulrich Kirsten, a brave and dedicated member of our team. Ulrich lost his life in the line of duty on October 10, 2025, while responding to a distress call in the Newlands area.
Circumstances of the Incident
In the early hours of that morning, Ulrich responded to a multi-zone alarm activation. While performing his duty with courage and commitment, he was ambushed by armed criminals and fatally shot during a shootout. Quick response teams arrived and apprehended one of the most notorious suspects known to terrorize the eastern communities for years. Ulrich’s bravery led to a major breakthrough, marking his final act of heroism.
