Authorities have released the identities of two people killed in separate crashes over the weekend in Greene County. The Greene County Coroner’s Office confirmed that 16-year-old Tyson Williamson, of Xenia, was killed in a single-vehicle crash Friday night in Xenia Township. The Ohio State Highway Patrol reported that the crash occurred around 8:57 p.m. on Brush Row Road near Stevenson Road.
Investigators said Williamson was driving a 2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser westbound when the vehicle went off the right side of the road. The driver overcorrected, veered off the left side, struck two fences, overturned, and hit a third fence before coming to rest. The car was carrying four juveniles at the time. Williamson was pronounced dead at the scene, while three passengers were transported to local hospitals with injuries.
In a separate incident on Saturday evening, 46-year-old Kristina Lewis, of Fairborn, was killed in a two-vehicle crash on State Route 235 between I-675 and Trebein Road. Fairborn Police responded just after 5 p.m. to the fatal collision.
Both crashes remain under investigation by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and Fairborn Police Department.
